Important Exclusions to Note:
CDW excludes all other causes of damage to the rental vehicle, including vandalism, weather-related incidents, or road hazards. It also does not cover theft of the rental vehicle.

Excluded Vehicles (from Enrollment in the CDW Program)

The following vehicle makes and or models are excluded from participation in the CDW program:

Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Auburn, Avanti, Bentley, Bertone, BMC/Leyland, BMW, Bradley, Bricklin, Bugatti, Clenet, Corvette, Cosworth, DeLorean, Excalibur, Ferrari, Iso, Jaguar, Jensen-Healey, Koenigsegg, Lamborghini, Lancia, Lotus, Maserati, Maybach, McLaren, Mercedes G-Wagon, Mercedes S-Class, MG, Morgan, Pagani, Pantera, Panther, Pininfarina, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Rover, Stutz, Sterling, Triumph, and TVR.

Additionally, vehicles with an actual value at the time of loss that exceeds the selected coverage tier are excluded from the program. For instance, if a vehicle is valued at $45,000 but the renter purchases CDW coverage for vehicles up to $35,000, the coverage will not apply. Regardless of intent or awareness, if a vehicle does not match the designated Vehicle Value tier at the time of rental, the maximum recoverable amount will be limited to the lesser of the repair cost or the vehicle’s actual cash value, as determined at the sole discretion of the Program Manager.
